Preventing harm before it happens.

A practical safeguarding program for sporting clubs and organisations of every size.

Sporting organisations want to keep people safe. The hard part is knowing where your gaps are, what the standards now require, and what good actually looks like for an organisation your size. Before Harm helps you find out, fix what matters, and make it stick.

Map

Half-day mapping session on site.

We walk through your set-up, your policies and how things actually work day to day. We listen to your concerns and your questions, and use a custom tool to map what’s working, what isn’t and what’s missing. Longer for larger organisations.

Our approach

Prevention first. We help you find and reduce risk early, and put response systems in place so that when something goes wrong, it is picked up quickly and handled well. Helpful, expert and practical, always on the side of a safe sport.
