I'm Deb Graham, founder of Performhigh. I'm a former Australian Gymnastics Champion, Commonwealth bronze medallist and AIS scholarship holder.

Sport shaped my life, and my experience as a child in elite sport showed me how much depends on the systems meant to keep athletes safe. Today I work as a consultant, author and advocate for safer sport, and I help organisations use practical tools, including AI, to work smarter.

My qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Athlete Wellbeing and Management, a Diploma of Artificial Intelligence, a Diploma of Neurodiversity and a Change Management specialisation.

Performhigh brings those two threads together: helping organisations protect their people, and helping them run well.
